The GERMAN FUEL CELL COOPERATION – comprising VON ARDENNE, Weil Technology, and ZELTWANGER –
has together found an answer to the question of how to efficiently produce the fuel cell or electrolyzer
of the future. Benefit from the highly specialized expertise of the three companies and learn more
about our fully automated and chained production line for metallic bipolar plates.

Weil Technology has developed the Laser Welding Cell (LWC), which precisely joins the thin metal foils
at high welding speeds. For leak testing, ZELTWANGER provides the simpleZED BPP 4-2, which can be
fully automated and also achieves very high speeds. The VON ARDENNE coating system uses cathode
sputtering or magnetron sputtering in the post-coating process to coat the bipolar plates directly on both sides.
