LEA LandesEnergieAgentur Hessen (LEA)

The Energy Agency of the State of Hessen (LEA) takes on key tasks in implementing the energy transition and climate protection action on behalf of the Hessian state government. LEA is a division of HA Hessen Agentur GmbH – the state's service agency.                         HA carries out projects, campaigns and promotion activities, and additionally acts as a consultant and think tank.

Hessen has an excellent network of companies and universities with outstanding competencies in the field of hydrogen and fuel cell technology.

LEA actively coordinates hydrogen and fuel cell activities in Hessen and supports the hydrogen and fuel cell initiative Hessen e. V. (H2BZ-Initiative Hessen) on behalf of the Hessian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport and Rural Areas.
