Toray's hydrogen business is distinguished by its comprehensive coverage of the supply chain, spanning "production," "transport and storage," and "utilization. Toray's carbon fiber is utilized in wind power generation to generate clean electricity, and water treatment membranes are used to produce pure water for electrolysis. In water electrolysis devices, we develop core materials for fuel cell, both alkaline and PEM types diaphragm and electrolyte membranes, CCM/MEA, electrode substrates, and sub-gasket films. For high-pressure hydrogen tank, we provide carbon fiber and liner resins.
