Bert Kiewiet is responsible for business development international in Gasunie, focussing on the countries neighbouring the Netherlands and North Sea. Gasunie develops a portfolio of large scale hydrogen infrastructure projects (onshore, offshore, storage and import terminals. Bert has a track of 20+ years in the natural gas and energy industry. Before joining Gasunie he was a managing consultant at DNV, advising clients on commercial and regulatory aspects of energy infrastructure, mainly in Europe and the Middle East. Bert holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales (2002) and a Masters in Technological Design from the University of Twente (2003).
