Bjørn Utgård is a leading voice in climate technology. Based in Oslo, he has 18 years of experience in driving climate technology transitions internationally. As Skytree’s VP of Global Strategy, he contributes to their mission to engineer the CO2 transition by transforming how businesses manage carbon. Skytree’s modular direct air capture (DAC) machines deliver CO2 for greenhouses and other industrial users, permanent sequestration for carbon removal, and production of synthetic fuels and chemicals based on renewable energy. Bjørn's broad experience spans carbon capture and sequestration, industrial process development, hydrogen technology, and electric mobility. Leveraging his deep technological understanding and cross-sector commercial expertise, he shapes Skytree’s strategy and positioning within the global DAC market.
