Gregory Shahnovsky holds a degree in Petrochemical Processes Automation from the Azerbaijan Institute of Petrochemistry and pursued advanced studies in Business Administration for High-Technology Enterprises at Haifa University. His career at MODCON began in 1990, where he progressed from Service Engineer and Applications Engineer to Deputy General Manager, eventually becoming CEO. Since 2013, he has served as President of MODCON Group, leading the company to become a global leader in process analyzers, optimization technologies and AI-driven solutions. As a distinguished member of the International Society of Automation, Gregory has authored numerous scientific publications and contributed to award-winning technical communities. With a strong background in analytical chemistry, process optimization, multivariable modeling and control system design, he is recognized for his business acumen and engineering expertise in driving innovation across industries.
